Identity Verification (KYC): nx303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of Account registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when our compliance systems flag unusual activity. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts for which KYC has not been satisfactorily completed may have withdrawals restricted until verification is finalised.
One Account Per Household: Only one Account is permitted per household IP address, shared device, or shared payment method. If multiple registrations are detected sharing these identifiers, nx303 reserves the right to treat them as duplicate Accounts and apply the multi-accounting policy accordingly.
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. nx303 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nx303's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nx303 holds its operating licence.
Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their place of residence. nx303 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Member's use of the Platform in contravention of local law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
